I am very satisfied with the product. It seems to be well built and everything functions perfectly. The directions were not very clear, but my husband is very handy and was easily able to put it together. One thing to watch for is that the height includes the height of the sink. My husband and I are both tall, and the sink was too low for us. He just built a small stand and tiled it with granite which blends in with our floor and looks great. This is an elegant sink and really dresses up the room. The value was great! I have seen basins for the price of the entire unit!

The sink and base came in excellent copndition and packed extremely well. The only problem was the instrucitons were not included. Overstock.com helped with the issue and I had the instructions via email in 2-days. The installation took a little over an hour with a good plumber. I used a plumber to pass on any liability in case I screwed it up. I recommend bolting down the pedestal base for added stability. Overall the sink works well, BUT I will warn you that this type of sink will spray the water directly onto your crotch if the pressure is too high! It will shoot straight up like a rocket. It won't look well if you come out of the bathroom with a huge wet spot, trust me on that If you like this style of sink, I believe you will like this product. The price is very good as well, comparred to what I found looking around everywhere else.

I was re-doing a small bathroom, and wanted a sink that wouldn't take up a lot of visual space. This sink fits the bill to a "T". The pedestal reflects the wall and floor tile, making it stand out even less. The faucet seems to be surprisingly good quality for the price. Disadvantages? 1. Unlike some other reviewers, I did not install this myself. My plumber was disturbed that there were no rough-in instructions. He had to figure things out, and, of course, I had to pay for the time it took him to do that. 2. A hand towel on the towel bar negates any elegance this sink may have started with. 3. The glass sink water-spots. (This is probably true of most glass sinks.) Be prepared to wipe it down after each use.

I love the sink and pedestal. I get raving comments from my visitors every time they use the powder room. However I do have two rust spots at the top of the pedestal which can be seen through the vanity glass top. The sink gets very little use so I do not know where the rust came from. Any way it is an EYECATCHER and Conversation piece. Best Buy for the $.

this may be a wonderful sink if you are putting an original sink in and not replacing. i currently have a pedestal but wanted the clear glass, thinking it would visually enlarge the room. without better information (a diagram would have helped) on how the plumbing needs to attach or a professional who might already know, i erred in my purchase and had to return. so unless you know this will fit your current pipe layout or you're prepared for a professional redo, be careful with this one.

I love this sink, the only problem was it made the rest of my powder room look shabby! My powder room now has a few minor changes and is beautiful., a get loads of compliments from everyone who has seen it.

I ordered this a few weeks ago and just had the installation finished this week. All I can say is, WOW! The instructions were included and followed during assembly and installation. It was absolutely no trouble whatsoever. The sink works perfectly and is a functional piece of art. I opted to apply glass wall tile as a background (and since there is no backsplash). The glass tile even further accentuate the beauty of the sink. Thank you Overstock for offering this one! It will be enjoyed for many years to come.

Nice item but can be troublesome to get leak stopped at bottom of sink between base and glass top. I bought two of these, one is perfect the other I'm still working with to get the leak stopped, I'm sure it's just me and not the item. Additionally I had to call the support number enclosed and received and English speaking person actually in America that helped me out. Overall I would buy these again.

This pedestal sink with stainless stand is not a style I would normally since my home is more traditional with dark wood floors and antiques. However, I am redoing a guest bathroom and I have to say - this is an outstanding buy. The sink is substantial, the counter adds an artistic quality and it looks lovely with the new stone floors. It was packaged very well. I couldn't be more satisfied.

This sink is literally breathtaking...my friends and family gasp when they first see it. The glass elements are very thick, beveled, and finely crafted. I considered putting it in myself, but I had to first remove a corroded 52-year-old wall-mounted sink, so I hired a plumber (glad I did). He had done glass sinks before, so for him it was easy. It works very well and is sturdy enough for my uses, and is very easy to clean. I used clear caulk to secure the base to the floor and the back of the countertop to the wall (keeps it a lot steadier). A note about the base: it is hollow and makes a gong-like sound when you tap it. I suppose I could fill it with some kind of waterproof batting to muffle the sound, but it's not a major problem. A great beginning to my remodeled dream bathroom. For the price, it can't be beat. Love it.

I was looking to replace the pedestal in my guest bathroom. After going to various stores and viewing websites.....and prices, I found the variety and price on Overstock was great! I receive many compliments on how great it look in my space. I did contact a plumber to install and it did not take a great deal of time for installation. It works great and I would recommend to anyone!

I recieved this vanity in excellent condition, it was packed well. I assembled it in a matter of minutes, and I am waiting for my other orders so that I can start remodeling my bathroom.

Cannot speak to ease of assembly because a workman assembled and installed it. Excellent price for this product. Looks wonderful in my bathroom. Only drawback is it retains water spots and needs frequent cleaning to maintain appearance.

This unit is actually more beautiful than what you see in the picture. I have Contractors in the house doing renovations and all of them have estimated the cost of this vanity many hundreds of dollars higher than the Overstock price. It arrived packaged very well and all of the parts were there. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I found the instructions to be straight forward and I was able to put it together in about twenty minutes. The only obstacle for me was the wall mounting brackets that requires two holes to be drilled into the wall (my walls are porcelain tiled and I needed to get a couple of masonry drill bits to complete the installation). After the holes were drilled, final installation was quick and easy! If you find that you do not have the necessary skill to install it yourself, hire a plumber to install it properly, I think it's worth it and would still be a good deal. Whatever you do, just buy it!

We give this pedestal vanity high marks for simple, eclectic design manufactured of stainless steel and glass. A very functional sink that makes a fashionable statement for the current bathroom scene. We just love it in our guest bathroom. Assembly is pretty much staight forward, but the directions are difficult to follow. A true bargain price from Overstock.com.

I love the look of this sink BUT installing it has been a major project and we still haven't gotten it installed. The plumbing does not use the fittings we normally use on sinks and we have not been able to find what we need going from plumbing store to plumbing store! I wish somebody who installed this could offer help on how they installed it. Directions that come with it are useless. I still love the sink it is so cool!

This is a great value for the money. Anyone who has shop for a "different" style vessel vanity knows they are pricey. And this certainly looks like a special order piece. We just had it installed and it seems to be a sturdy piece. I couldn't rate the ease of assembly because we put it in a new construction home and the contractor installed it. We're really happy with it so far and I do recommend it.

Very WOW! on impact. Beautiful stylish design. The towel bar needs better washers to hold it together. The plastic washers just don't make it .

We actually bought 2 of these sinks based solely on the reocommendations of the past reviews. A brilliant decision on our part. YES they are a bit of a challenge to assemble and install but well,well worth the time and effort for the beauty and craftsmanship. The on line pictures do not come close to the 'wow' factor the actual pedestal and bowl achieve. They will add the necessary umph we were looking for at a fraction of the cost we were able to find locally. HIGHLY recommend
