We bought the lilac colored beanbag chair for my daughter's 6th birthday -- it's wonderful, and worth getting this size for sure. The fabric is so soft and durable. We just purchased this pear colored one for my younger daughter's 3rd birthday and she calls it her "bird nest" -- she never leaves it! It's very large for her -- but she'll grow into it...I'd never get a smaller one; this is perfect. Definitely worth the money -- and the shipping was so fast! The girls can't unzip it -- so there's no fear in "beans" spilling all over. I do question when it comes time to clean it...but so far, it's a non-issue. I priced these chairs all over -- and by far this is the best for the value.

The only thing I was disappointed about is the color of the bean bag chair. The picture online is much brighter than the actual color. It shows more of a lime grean chair...it looks more like a pea green...my daughter will love it anyway but it's not what I expected.

This is a good bean bag, but I still thought it was pricey. I bought the "jumbo" pear, and the "adult" size blue one. They are basically the same size--only the shape is very slightly different. The color is not "pear" as stated. It is more of a beige with a tinge of green. Not at all like it is pictured on the website. Perhaps with the word "pear" they are referring to the shape--when it is stretched out, it does look like a pear. Oh well, I have learned that much of the stuff pictured on the site is not at all the same color when it arrives.

Purchased two of these for our family room. They are a great size for our young teens but my 6-foot-tall husband is comfortable in them as well! The corduroy fabric is soft and seems to be good quality. The zipper has a "lock" on it to prevent small children from getting into the stuffing (and/or to prevent spills, I suppose). Like others have said, the color is a drab light green, not the brighter pear green that displays on my computer. I'm a green fan and these complement our decor so the color works for us, although the kids might have liked something more fun. Shopped around and felt this was the best product at a great price, and am happy with the purchase.

Comfy and good looking, I would recommend this Bean Bag Chair. Unfortunately, the description "Jumbo" is a bit misleading. I am 5'2" and think the size is perfect for me. My husband is 5'10" and can fit in the chair, but wishes it were a bit bigger even though he says it is comfortable and sits in it frequently. I can't believe how light the chair is. The material looks like good quality, but I did Scotch-guard the whole thing in case I spill a glass of wine! I'm thinking of ordering another one in the same color.

I bought this beanbag for my kids in two colors after extensive on-line searching for a bigger beanbag (my kids are both over 5' tall). The LOVE them. My daughter sleeps in hers at times. Great for reading. The pear color is a bit more dull than it shows on the screen but still very nice, not too girly--my son likes the green.

Bean Bags shipped quickly and looked just like photo on the website. They are a very small courdoroy and look very nice. Much better than those cheap looking vinyl bags. My kids love them. A little small for myself or husband but would still buy them again.

We loved this bean bag. It has been in our home since 2007. After about 2 years it was noticably less full. After 5 years it is 1/3 to 1/2 of its original fill volume - making it not so comfy of a chair. I need to buy refill beans. This is my first experience with a bean bag - so I am not sure if I should expect better or worse performance. The cover is in great shape. I will wash and refill and probably get five more years out of it.

Very fast delivery. Bag in box unwrapped, so if it was left out in rain and the box had an opening, it would be trouble. Seems like very good quality and will hold up well, but only time will tell. My main complaint-smaller than I expected, even knowing the dimensions supplied by Overstock. Good size for a child. Smallish for a big teen.

These beanbags are the bomb! The workmanship and fabric quality is exceptional. We bought 4 of these in different colors. Yes, they ship in a simple cardboard box and aren't encased in plastic. Knowing this, we grabbed them as soon as they hit our porch. I liked not having the extra packaging. I shopped around for weeks before purchasing these and am very happy with the product and the price. They are not completely round. They have a slight oblongish end that works well for either your back or for your bottom (the kids use them both ways). I highly recommend this product.

I have now bought a total of 6 of these bean bag chairs, at least one in every color available on Overstock. My kids love them. They are big (though not really all that big for an adult, I do have to say), and they are light, making them portable for my kids. They are perfect for the kids' bedrooms and the play room. I'd probably buy more for our play room if they'd come in a wider range of appealing colors. My favorite colors have been the blue (available in adult size only on Overstock, at least at the time of my order) and the purple.

This chair is well constructed and a decent size for smaller to average sized people. The primary problem is the color. It is a very dingy, greenish yellow ochre. My husband took one look at the color and said, "Why would you do such a thing?". Not what I would call pear anyways and not close to what is depicted on the website. I'm sending it back.

I ordered the "jumbo" size and expected it to be much bigger. Otherwise, It's very nice and seems well made.

This is a nice, quality bean bag chair that is the perfect size for a child. I agree that the brightness of the color on the picture is not true but the color is pretty close. I have this in my daughter's room that is sage green and pink and it comes very close to the sage green color used through out her room. I actually like the muted tone of the color as it blends nicely in our neutral color living room.....and she brings it in there often for TV watching.

My step daughter just received her bean bag today as a birthday gift and she loves it! She fits in it perfectly. It is a little more pea green than lime green as it appears on the internet but she still loved it! Great buy!
