First off...this isn't an "official" reproduction chair, but if it were you could easily multiply the cost of this set by 10. You get what you pay for, and this is a bargain for what it costs. Unlike more expensive Pavilion chairs, the frame on this is cast as opposed to welded so there is minor pitting of the finish which is to be expected. But it's still a solid structure, looks great, and is only noticeable if your really looking. The seat/ottoman cushions are of equal quality. The tops which are leather are of good enough to get years of use, and I can only imagine will age well adding a nice patina to the chair. Although the sides and back are "leather match", fake, they do have a consitant color and grain to the tops which doesn't detract from the overall appearance. The cushion straps are in plain view unlike the hidden fastners of the original, but they are black and somewhat camouflaged. Set up couldn't be easier...unpack, hit with some leather conditioner, polish the frame, and your done. If you have champagne taste on a beer budget, this is a quality find.

I ordered two of these sets in April and absolutely loved their appearance from Day1. However, within the first couple of weeks of buying them, my father-in-law got up from sitting in one of the chairs and pulled off a whole button. A few weeks later, my husband had his feet on the ottoman and another button came off. I considered calling O-stock at that point but didn't get around to it until yesterday when I shifted my feet slightly on the ottoman and popped off a third button! I had unfairly sort of thought the men were being "hard" on the furniture until I did it myself and realized that the buttons are coming off with only very gentle and reasonable use. Since we are beyond the return period, O-stock offered me $50 towards repairs which was nice enough but.... I don't know if we got a bad batch of cushions or what, but I'm pretty disappointed and doomed if this keeps happening. Surprised to see no one else has mentioned having this issue...

ok....if you are trying to decide if this set is worth it, TRUST me.....it's a GREAT deal.....this chair and ottoman set is not only great to relax on, but it's a work of art! craftsmanship is excellent.....delivered double boxed with no damage.... if you can't afford the real thing, this set is a STEAL....

This is a designer chsir from the 1920's and is very famous. I was shocked to see the price for both the chair and ottoman. I took a risk and ordered two sets. I am thoroughly impressed. The chairs are super heavy and of great quality. Shipped in great condition. You only have to strap the cushions to the metal frame and you're done. Recommeded!

The chair looks ok, but it's simply a cheap immitation. The DHL delivery is a nigthmare. This chair will serve as decorative pieace because it's very fragile.

I was so happy to receive these chair and ottoman. Then when the minimal assembly was completed, one button on the chair and one button from the ottoman fell out. The problem is the cushion needs to be sewn also because the cushion does not have the little indent where the button goes so I will have to sew the cushion to have the indent. I would have returned them but it would be just as much trouble to get them back into the boxes and repack them as to sew the buttons and cushion, I think (which I still have not done yet 3 weeks later). Also, I did not notice in the photo that the width of the ottoman is smaller than the width of the chair. The original barcelona ottoman specifies the same width for the 2 pieces.

This does not match true specifications of a Pavilion or Barcelona chair. Differences include: - screws are visible in the frame, - frame is not one piece but several - cushion straps are nylon mesh with metai hooks with leather pieces that velcro over the straps to hide the nylon. -- cushion is thicker than original Anyone with an eye for detail, and knows what the original looks like will not be fooled,

This set is fabulous! Superb detailing and the weight of the frame make the chair and ottoman feel really strong and substantial. The cushions are nice and firm and the stitching looks great. The buckles made assembly a breeze. It took longer to cut open the giant box than to attach all three cushions. This is the perfect chair for reading the paper on Sunday morning, and its exquisite beauty make it appropriate for fancy company. And I love the option of seating 1, 2, or even 3 people in a pinch!

Although it's not the best qulity, this chair looks very good and solid. I'm happy with it.

I almost got tricked into buying a know of Barcelona for three times what I paid for this. it looks great. So glad we bought it. I don't sit in it enough to give a review about the durability but we love it. If it was available, I'd buy another set.

I always keep my eyes open for this Barcelona Chair and Ottoman knock off. With Overstock's great shipping rates, you can't buy it for less anywhere! When buying it as a set, it is delivered with no assembly required. It looks great. Very happy with it!

Looks absolutely great! However, you cant sit in it for long it is so uncomfortable!

Other than the DHL shipping nightmare (took serveral days after they told me it was out for delivery,) the chair and ottoman arrived and they are wonderful and look so sharp. Leather is more matte than the shine shown in the photo. Overall very satisfied.

This chair is a great reproduction of a timeless classic. It is very affordable considering what "the real thing" will cost you. It is very easy to assemble, looks great although simple, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone that is bordering on making a decision to purchase the chair and ottoman.
