  Good quality umbrella. Cannot speak for its durability as I have only had for a few weeks. Easy crank function and low price point makes this a great buy.

  This umbrella is very sturdy and is just what I needed for our small back deck to shield from the hot hot sun in the summer.

  • How accurate was the on site description of the product? Since the product was shown on a stand I assumed the stand was included. It was not.

  We were very happy with our purchase. The umbrella was just as described. Be careful that you take it down if it is windy out. Ours blew over and snapped one of the supports. I glued it back together and its as good as new. I think this would have happened with any umbrella. The wood is nice and the material looks like it will hold up for a few seasons. Its beige so even if it fades, I dont think it will be an issue. We take the umbrellas down and place them in a covered area when not using.

  Packaging for this product is definitely sub par. The product was damaged on one corner of the box was smashed. Luckily it was only a couple of dents that I worked out and a couple plastic pieces were broken and I glued them back together. Typical overstock item. If they spend 5 more dollars in packaging they would have way less issues. Once it fixed the minor issues the canopy, it came out rather nice and sturdy. I am happy with the product overall.
