You Can Never have enough paring knives
I love these little paring knives. They're lightweight and the blade is thin, and perfect for alot of things, expecially peeling vegetables. Alot of the paring knives I buy have a thicker blade and I prefer these thinner blade knives. Thanks OverStock

Just So So
These knives were lighter than I thought they would be so I am not sure they are going to last as long as I would like. They are sharp and do the work but I am glad there are five as I feel I will need them. The lack of quality can be made up for with the quantity.

I needed some extra paring knives for cutting fruit and veggies, and these are perfect. Only wish they were a little longer, but they are very sharp and lightweight.
