This fixture has the look I was going for in my casual dining room. A few words of caution though, the copper bar that attaches to the ceiling does not cover a standard light fixture junction box. Luckily my husband is handy and came up with a great solution, but it did involve a lot of extra work. We were missing one tiny piece but nothing that anyone will notice. For the price, I'm very happy with this purchase.

This fixure cannot be used on 9 ft ceilings as their is no way to adjust the lenght of the bars. Also, I was unable to return the light to Overstock and I'm still not sure why.

This look great above our dining table. Height is non adjustable so make sure it will work with your ceiling height before you buy.

I put this light in my playroom, couldnt be happier with it! I still cant believe the price was so low! Love it!

I didn't notice this in the other reviews, so maybe mine is a fluke, but I did not receive exactly what was in the picture. The piece that is flush on the ceiling is longer than the rest of the light fixture, not shorter, and it is a plain clean-lined rectangular box...no moulded edges like in the pic. I actually like it a lot better, but it does not have the art-deco piece at all. Also, the color of mine does not match the picture at all. It is very much more close to rubbed oiled bronze than copper. I bought it expecting to spray paint it rubbed oiled bronze to match my current fixtures, so it was a happy accident for me. Also, mine was missing a step of the instructions on how to attach the wires. My husband has been an electrician in the past, and we still had to try several ways until we got it right. Trial and error. There are six wires, not two, and you have to thread them through the bars. The ceiling mount mechanism was nice because it allowed you to push the fixture right or left to center it. It gives you some lee-way. HOWEVER, the wires included with my fixture were not even long enough to wire if we put it directly on the electrical box in the ceiling, so my husband had to add sections of wire to make it long enough. It wasn't hard, but if you are electrically clueless, it's good to know. This light looks awesome though. I LOVE IT, but it wasn't like it was presented in the pic. For the price, you absolutely can NOT beat it.

FYI---The light fixture is only 3" wide when a standard electrical box is 4". Therefore you have part of a hole showing bc the light doesn't cover it. I will be returning. Too good to be true. Measure the hole you will be covering before ordering.

Nice light fixture with deco styled metal rods deep copper color. This is a lot of style for little money. Very reasonably priced for what you get. Watch out for shipping issues. The package came to our house practically shredded but the contents were fine.

This is a great buy. It looks amazing. The only problem is the hole from an original light is too big and this light will not cover the hole completely. We used a little putty and it worked great.
