My old Kenmore canister had a crack in the casing and I needed a new vacuum. After a lot of research I found out that Panasonic makes the Kenmore brand, but the quality of the Kenmore is not as good (cheaply made). I had seen this vacuum on another site for much more money. I have had it now for a long time (forgot to write the review). The vacuum is excellent the only thing is that my on/off switch doesn't always turn off all the time, that's the reason for the 4 stars. I was a little disappointed to have this issue on a brand new machine but I figure it's minor and after toggling the switch back and forth a couple times it eventually turns off. So until it fully gets stuck on, I will not bother to fix it. The vacuum has alot of suction and I haven't had any other issues. With tile, wood, and carpet this vacuum does the trick quickly and efficiently.
