Love it! We had a Panasonic model very similar to this one that lasted 15 years. It was still functioning when we purchased this one, but started taking longer and longer to heat things up and the defrost worked from the outside in instead of the other way around. The one we just got works like a dream. Very even defrosting. My only complaint is that I have to get used to how fast it cooks compared to my old one. :)
