How do I get my money back?
We put this greenhouse together shortly after we bought it. It just fell apart today. As my vegetables grew the trays couldn't hold and it collapsed. To say I am extremely disappointed is and understatement. I was really looking forward to harvesting my lovely garden but this thing is so weak that three sides of the metal frame holding the trays in place just fell apart. We followed the directions exactly and it still fell apart. I will pursue a refund. I lost a lot of time, effort and my vegetables. What a mess.

if i had seen this greenhouse in a store instead of just on the internet I would never have bought. It is very poor quality, difficult to put together. The instructions are only pictures, there is not even a parts list. No written instructions at all. Very disappointed in this purchase. Just a piece of junk.

Unusual
Purchased for my wife for Mother's Day. Much more difficult to understand the directions than you would think. I had to take it apart twice as I realized that parts were not assembled in the correct manner. However, once put together correctly, it has withstood a hurricane that destroyed my neighbors shed. My wife loves it!
