Good
Good but not great. But for the price, worth it.. When we go the knife we needed to sharpen it. Once sharpened, it did the job. I wish the fork were a little longer (but that is not a flaw). The only other flaw is that the rivets in the handle are not smooth with the handle. I haven't tried yet, but, will attempt to hammer them in a little..

Pakka Handle carving set
This is an attractive, well made carving set that is very reasonably priced. It is dangerously sharp and holds an edge well. I was so impressed with it that I bought one as a gift for a relative.
