  • To replace an older model, I was very happy with my original filter, however, when I changed my faucet I must change the filter. (I did not save the extra fittings that came with it).

• Does it filter out Floride?

  • We have not seen any issue with scale build up in our faucet mount systems. The faucet mount system works by using the line pressure which is roughly anywhere from 60-100 PSI in the U.S. The line pressure forces the water through our filter system. Contact with the filter removes contaminants that maybe present in the water. Also, because of this there will be a reduction in flow rate when the filter is in use. There is actually a pressure drop across the filter resulting in less pressure after the filter. Please let me know if you have any further question.

  • The filters work about two to three months, depending on how often you use it. It will fit most standard faucets.
