Mocha Oxford
This is a good size sectional sofa for someone who doesn't have alot of room yet it's big enough for comfort. The microsuede fabric is such a nice material and easy enough to clean. Great product built sturdy and will last me a couple years. Cushions are really comfortable too.

Oxford Suede
I love the microsuede fabric material of this sectional. To my surprise, it's not too hard to keep clean. Product slightly darker than pic only because lighting in pic is brighter than my home. Perfect size for our condo!
