Could not have completed the assembly of 2 of the 6 chairs without my Dremel tool to cut away some metal and get the holes to line up. Trimming the long, loose threads on the backs was not a huge deal, but along with the mismatched holes is another indication of poor quality workmanship. They roll freely, but would have liked a height adjustment like our old chairs had. I don't buy furniture often, and the selection of chairs that did not have cloth and did have wheels (wife requirements) was limited. From what I saw on other web sites, the price here was easily the lowest, so I guess the relative cost is the best thing I can say about them.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? right on
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. 2 of the 6 chairs had bolt holes that did not line up, and there were loose threads that had to be trimmed on every back. No height adjustment, so had to raise our table so the arms would go under. Good hardware and all screws, washers, etc. were there.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Ok, but I don't recall any mention that they were not height adjustable.
