I needed a lighter colored room rug with a pattern that was for 14x18 room. We have five dogs and I needed something that won't show the dirt and wear and tear and so far this is very good. When we received the rug and rolled it out the color scheme looked as if it may have faded in spots where it was rolled. I didn't send it back because it serves it's purpose. It's nice and cushiony.
