I was hoping that these pilows would give me a cooler night sleep. I cannot really tell if they are any cooler than standard pillows. They are certainly comfortable.
I was delighted to find a pillow that actually does cool during sleep. It is very comfortable and provides cooling during those power surges my body has during the night. Constructed well and has zip off cover as well.
I have used the pillows for 3 weeks now and they really make a difference. I don't wake up with hot flashes. They feel cool to the touch. They are very puffy, but with time are getting flatter to fit my neck better. I like them. I also bought a blanket - waffle weave and extremely lightweight. Doesn't feel warm when you pull it up, but keeps you very comfortable.

This pillow is a great quality, great appearance pillow that's well-made. However, it's very 'puffy' and somewhat 'hard' so is not comfortable if you're used to using a down pillow. As far as the cool part goes? Sorry, but it doesn't work all that well, it still warms up to an uncomfortable degree.
