Outdoor Patio Sling Folding Lounger (Set of 4)

i have purchased TONS of products from overstock. mainly, it has been indoor furniture and i've been very pleased. however, i've ordered several outdoor patio items (i.e. bench, table and now these lounge chairs) and i've been disappointed with them all. the bench was broken. upon notifying overstock, i was told replacement parts would be shipped. then i was told they wouldn't be shipped, that i would receive a credit back instead. nobody told me this; i had to call to find out. the table i ordered was much smaller and lighter than i would have imagined. i guess it was my fault for not paying closer attention to the specs on the item. now, i order these chairs, and they are hardly worth the paper box they were shipped in. they are complicated to place in the upright position. while sitting in the lounge chair, i feel as though any moment they will collapse. the leg support continues to fall. when you adjust it, the back then flips. the arms/hand area are plastic and very cheap. before i had even opened the second bag that wrapped the lounge chair, i saw rust already formed on the chair. i would have declined these chairs had the delivery man and i not already tore into the box to ensure that there were (4) chairs in the box. no wonder there are no reviews on these chairs. everyone, but ME, probably refused them upon receipt! OR, overstock has not allowed any reviews to be forwarded for public review. i am very disappointed in this purchase!!! i doubt i will purchase anymore outdoor furniture/items from overstock. i have been disappointed, other than ONE time. 20% satisfaction is not a good percentage!
