  I bought this to Brew beer in a converted keg/keggle. I bought the kab4 model first, which was too small foyer the keg. overstock.com let me return it (unused) and exchange it foyer the kab6. The quality is ok, it doesn't sit quite perfectly flat on the floor but it is plenty stable with a pot on top. all of the paint burned off the top surface the first time I used it which was kind of annoying, you'd think they'd be able to find a paint that wouldn't burn off. works great though, 210,000 btu's sure gets water hot in a hurry!

  The planks are great for grilling fish and other things that cook quickly. Don't expect them to last more than one or two times on the grill because they're only about a half inch thick and on a hot grill can catch fire, but they do the job of infusing flavor into the food. And with the 8-piece combo pack, they should last through the grilling season. I also appreciate the size since they fit nicely in your average kitchen sink for pre-soaking. Overall, good product for the money.

  This thermometer broke the second time I used it and I will be sending it back. Don't waste your money.

  For the price this set is good! If I were to purchase another set I would prefer longer handles. I have short arms so I could use something a little longer.
