We ordered this unit and it appears to be a good quality. The stainless faucet is nice and the RO filter system seemed to be good quality. We did not install the unit and returned it to overstock, as it would not fit under our cabinet with a 10" under mount sink and pull out draw at the bottom of the cabinet. Also the holding tank was not as pictured and too tall for the space. It was taller and thinner. We called the manufacturer and it can be installed horizontally, so we asked the cabinet maker to make us a shelf to hold the tank. However with the sink and drawer,event the filters would not fit height size on the other cabinet wall, as they needed an additional 3 1/2" clearance below to change the filters.
Also the booster pump requires power, and you cant use the disposal outlet, as that is "off" except when you turn the switch on. So an additional outlet would need to be run.
We will be looking for another RO system, but smaller that should fit in our cabinet.
