This is a great price on a good faucet set. I purchased it to replace the identical faucet which had sprung a leak in the pullout hose. My only complaint with this new one is that the spray head doesn't properly retract on its own, and pops out when the faucet handle is turned off. I've adjusted the weight on the hose several times but that doesn't seem to have made any difference--the problem persists. It's a minor issue, though enough to lose an "excellent" rating.

I like this faucet set, it is rugged and looks great. Good quality construction. My only complaint is that it has a mixing valve with connnections at 90 degrees making it hard to plumb. It also has a plastic drain pipe rather than brass.

Appears to be of good quality and worth the investment. We have a black granite sink with ORB Moen faucets & access. The match is good and just completes the look. In our local store a similar set would have been over $80. Would definitely recommend.

Overstock never disappoints. I was previously using a filter attached to faucet that I bought in local store, which sprayed and leaked all the time and got in the way when trying to wash pans. This counter model is so convenient and I enjoy having my faucet back! Set up was so easy, just attaching to faucet and setting unit on side of sink, and it was ready to use. Taste of water is good. I do not know about other comments regarding needing a special wrench, but will face that when filter needs replacing, which will not be for a while. In the meantime, I am happy with my purchase.

I was looking for a faucet for a copper vessel sink. This wasn'tt quite what I was looking for. It is for a water dispenser which wasn't specified in the description. While attractive, not what I wanted so it was returned.

We have finally had the faucets installed and they look great! The vessel sink from O also looks great. Very pleased with timely delivery and the faucets were packaged like jewelry inside a cloth bag; very classy. Plumber had no problem installing.

We ordered this dispenser as part of upgrading our kitchen. Other sources had us needing to buy the higher end (better looking) faucet seperately from the dispenser system. Another quality product from overstock at a great price! We installed it easily into the existing hole on our sink deck using the included hanger (screws to cabinet or back wall). Initially we plugged it into the existing power source that is shared with some lights, dishwasher, and disposal. Not good. Not enough power to heat the water. We had to run a power line, not shared, to have it work at optimum temperature (as indicated in the installation instructions). It now works perfectly. It has a dial right on the front of the water 'heater' under the sink so you can adjust the temperature easily until you get the perfect setting. Hot chocolate and tea on demand! We boil water a lot quicker now too. The clearance of the faucet is quite high, so pots fit under it well. We love it!

First, let me say we love the faucet and look forward to years of good service from it- it will probably outlive us. However, our plumber-installer had to make two trips to get the right fittings for the supply lines, as this construction doesn't fit standard American plumbing sizes so the hoses supplied did not fit the water lines. That would have been good to know. In addition, there is no stop or vessel drain fitting that comes with this (I probably misread the details and thought it was included). Make sure you order the drain and stop so the plumber doesn't have to buy one and charge you for it, like we did. :-)

The water filter arrived on time and in perfect condition. I replaced one of those "end of faucet" filters. The change took less than 60 seconds to accomplish. I got my faucet back. I have great tasting water. There are no leaks. The hose is just the right length to place the filter anywhere around my sink with no unused lengths of hose to hide somewhere.

This faucet is for a future powder room renovation. We have not yet installed but are happy with quality so far. Very heavy, solid piece. We expect it will go nicely with Tuscan vessel sink (also from O/S) and an existing antique cabinet we plan to use for base.

This item will not fit your sink if your "deck" (aka countertop) thickness exceeds 1 inch or so. This is a key measurement that I have since found out is provided by all major faucet manufacturers, but not by o.co. So after taking my current faucet apart, I'm left with an empty hole in my sink because o.co doesn't provide all the relevant facts. I think it's worth the money to buy a name brand when you can check everything first and make sure it fits.

I ordered two of theses oil rubbed faucets to replace ancient ugly gold ones in a home I recently purchased. The first pair I received could not be installed because the base of the faucet (where you attach the flexible water supply hose) was stripped and the hose would not attach. After talking to customer service I decided to texchange them for a second set - and they were a bit tough to connect... but I did eventually succeed. No leaks and the faucets look great....at half the price of a similar faucet from ***** or **** *****. A great buy!

Run it for a while to get the 'new' taste out of it and make sure it's over the sink because it drips a few drops after being turned off. It's a little big, but worth knowing your water is filtered. Last, the line from the faucet to the filter is a little awkward, but again, worth knowing the water is clean.

I searched a long time for an item like this. The hot water lever is 190-degrees for tea or instant coffee; the cold water lever is for purified drinking water. The hot water tank was included, and the oil-rubbed bronze finish is beautiful. This faucet just made my new sink area in our kitchen renovation!

Good faucet, easy to install, great color, fits in with old western decor. The only trouble I had was fitting under the sink, lets hope it will last for a few years. the spray is strong and doesn't leak. I will recommend this facet to my neighbors as we all have old western theme homes.

The pop-up was made of plastic, and when the plumber tightened it down during installation, it broke, causing leaks under the sink. (A certain amount of torque must be used to properly seat the parts.) The plumber had to return and replace the broken part with a brass pop-up. Since we purchased FOUR of these faucets from Overstock.com, this meant a very unexpected and unpleasant additional charge for the replacement parts and additional plumber's fees. We and the plumber were quite surprised that the part was made of plastic. The product description did NOT indicate this - it notes 'brass'.

I am compelled to review this product which we purchased over a year ago. I thought I had already reviewed this item but did not see it as I was searching for a matching 4"centered faucet today. While my husband did the installation, I remember he had a slight problem with the sink stopper, but he is not a plumber, and he completed the task and the unit works marvelously! Even after almost a year of use, it looks great and works great! In fact, I was reluctant to purchase this item based on some product information about difficulties with cleaning the surface and a special care caution. This caution seems to have been over stated as we have had no isusue with the appearance. It is great looking and works well - very smoooth on/off, no splash. Much better quality, heavy duty, elegant than expected for the price.
