ncairns from New York, Rating:4.0This shower panel was a great buy. We bought a house that had a similar panel installed, but it was no longer fully functioning and had begun to show wear and tear. We bought this to replace the existing unit. The install was very easy, as we already had the proper plumbing in place. The only difficult part was mounting it to the wall. The mounting brackets and screws had to be perfectly aligned. We wound up using the brackets from the old unit and retro-fitted them to the new unit. Worked fine. The shower and all it's features work really well, although the "fogless" mirror does tend to fog up a little. But not a deal-breaker. It was actually just a bonus feature that we weren't originally looking for anyway. The 2 shower heads give a nice stream of water and can be varied using the adjustable head. The jets are also nice, although because the holes are small and our water pressure is high, they tend to tickle. We solved this problem by only turning them on half-way and leaving the s...

sewkraz from Grand Rapids, MI, Rating:4.0This installed very easily. No plumber is necessary. Love the temperature setting. It's nice to know the water will be the same temperature every time you get in the shower. It's also nice to see the digital readout to know when the water is at desired temperature. It is not US temps, European instead. It wasn't hard to convert the temperature to decide on setting. Love the overhead and handheld shower options. Not impressed at all with the body shower feature. The heads are small which makes the water output small. The best use of these is to hang my squeege for the shower doors. Even though I wipe this down after each use, I am seeing some discoloration at the bottom of the mirror. Overall I'm happy with the product for the price I paid.

renovator200 from Delray Beach, FL, Rating:5.0I ordered 2 of these for our master bathroom remodel and love them. They are modern, but still fit our cottage decor. The plumber had no issue with the installation and we are enjoying our new faucets.

geewhizgeewhilicker from Detroit MI, Rating:5.0Although expensive, we are glad we purchased this dual control thermostat. The time is programmable as are the settings for 2 steamers. The look is very sharp and the installation instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The steam outlet has a port into which aromatic oils can be poured for a nicer steam experience. Thermasol/Overstock also offer the "full Monty" package of chromatherapy (mood lighting, oils, etc.) as well as piped in music. However, I'm leery of too many electrical things in a shower so I kept it relatively simple and am very happy with it. I have to admit that mood lighting and music in the steamer would probably enhance the experience but I don't miss what I don't have. This is well worth the price and there is a manual control that is less expensive that would probably work just as well.

devenator from Sarasota, FL, Rating:5.0When my bathroom remodel was completed I realized my faucet interfered with the opening of my beautiful mirrored medicine cabinet. It was too tall and if anyone ever snooped I knew they would smash into the tall faucet and damage would ensue. I'd spent a lot of money on that faucet and was really disappointed that I'd have to find a lower profile tap. I found this one and now I have to say I like it better than my original more costly model!! The original had a handle over the tap so you always leave water spots when turning it off and that was going to drive me mad. This Vigo Serra has a side handle so the tap stays clean also I think it's easier to figure out the hot and cold. This Vigo feels just as substantial as the one that cost $50 more, feels like quality, I love it.
