  We ordered this unit and it appears to be a good quality. The stainless faucet is nice and the RO filter system seemed to be good quality. We did not install the unit and returned it to overstock, as it would not fit under our cabinet with a 10" under mount sink and pull out draw at the bottom of the cabinet. Also the holding tank was not as pictured and too tall for the space. It was taller and thinner. We called the manufacturer and it can be installed horizontally, so we asked the cabinet maker to make us a shelf to hold the tank. However with the sink and drawer,event the filters would not fit height size on the other cabinet wall, as they needed an additional 3 1/2" clearance below to change the filters. Also the booster pump requires power, and you cant use the disposal outlet, as that is "off" except when you turn the switch on. So an additional outlet would need to be run. We will be looking for another RO system, but smaller that should fit in our cabinet.

  I replaces an existing faucet. It dropped in and was connected in under a half hr. It came with all the necessary parts. Works great and is holding up very well.

  Very disappointed. The neck of the faucet vibrates and is loose. The side sprayer leaks and needs a special tool from the manufacturer to fix. Head snapped off the sprayer completely. The "O" ring failed almost immediately and I had to have a plumber repair it. My plumbing bills have tripled the cost of this faucet. Very dissapointed considering it is drilled directly into our carrara marble counters.

  A couple of days after the warranty allegedly expired, so did the shower valve. The company would do nothing, despite the obvious manufacturing defect in the structural housing itself which caused the valve to leak. They told me that they had changed vendors and would not even supply me with the name of their prior vendor so that I could try to get a new valve directly from them. Of course, without a working valve, you do not have a working shower tower. What a waste of money!!! I was SO disappointed. I will never, ever buy anything from this company again.
