I like this faucet set, it is rugged and looks great. Good quality construction. My only complaint is that it has a mixing valve with connnections at 90 degrees making it hard to plumb. It also has a plastic drain pipe rather than brass.

Nice, heavy faucet. Very modern and substantial. As a bonus for the DIY folks, the faucet comes with metal flex tubing to attach to your plumbing. So you get nice clean lines for under the sink and a great looking faucet. Definitely recommend to others.

This has changed our shower into a spa-like experience. Our plumber was able to install it with minimal fuss, and didn't charge us more than for a regular showerhead hook up. The jets are not as strong as the kind which are plumbed/installed separately, but for the price, this can't be beat. Highly recommended!

Love, love, love, love, LOVE the shower panel. It has everything that we wanted, and saved a lot of money compared to the Kohler body jet tiles. My contractor said it was difficult to put up, but it's very sturdy and the pressure is excellent. The only (small) complaints I have are the personal shower attachment seems chintzy, and I think the cord will break after very little use, and VIGO doesn't tell you that it's not approved for use in some states (Massachusetts being one of them...) Luckily the plumbing inspector didn't have a problem with it and passed the shower panel system, but this could be a problem if you get a plumbing inspector who is very picky. But otherwise, I love this product.

I've had this product for three years. The thermostat never worked properly, it leaks from all outputs (likely a volume control cartridge issue but the company wouldn't even replace that), the fixture itself is junky (plastic), main shower head already has small cracks in it. At this point, I cannot control the temperature AT ALL and have no way to stop the leaking until I redo all of the plumbing behind the wall. BIG $$ REPAIRS NOW NEEDED! Do not buy this item - junk, junk, junk.

The unit is pre-plumbed to connect to a system with separate controls for hot and cold water. My old shower had a mixer valve. Converting it required either removing shower tiles or cutting a hole into the common wall between bath and bedroom. It took a master plumber three hours to install the unit. I've enjoyed the spa effect for several weeks now, and it feels quite luxurious. The thermostat has taken the guesswork out of turning on the faucet.

First, let me say we love the faucet and look forward to years of good service from it- it will probably outlive us. However, our plumber-installer had to make two trips to get the right fittings for the supply lines, as this construction doesn't fit standard American plumbing sizes so the hoses supplied did not fit the water lines. That would have been good to know. In addition, there is no stop or vessel drain fitting that comes with this (I probably misread the details and thought it was included). Make sure you order the drain and stop so the plumber doesn't have to buy one and charge you for it, like we did. :-)

i ordered 3 blue bidet showers from overstock all 3 of them malfunctioned. there shower heads started continuously leaking and flooded 2 of my bathrooms overnight. initially they were fine but overnight the dripping from the shower head increased. plumber said that the fitting was fine the inner mechanism of the showers was broken. one of the showers packing was already torn so fortunately i didn't use it. there is a reason they are on sale it was probably a substandard stock that they put on sale didn't expect this from overstock. i hope they reimburse me now for my loss. a total of $500 for plumbing and wood panel replacement for 2 bathrooms will update the post regarding their further response.

This shower panel was a great buy. We bought a house that had a similar panel installed, but it was no longer fully functioning and had begun to show wear and tear. We bought this to replace the existing unit. The install was very easy, as we already had the proper plumbing in place. The only difficult part was mounting it to the wall. The mounting brackets and screws had to be perfectly aligned. We wound up using the brackets from the old unit and retro-fitted them to the new unit. Worked fine. The shower and all it's features work really well, although the "fogless" mirror does tend to fog up a little. But not a deal-breaker. It was actually just a bonus feature that we weren't originally looking for anyway. The 2 shower heads give a nice stream of water and can be varied using the adjustable head. The jets are also nice, although because the holes are small and our water pressure is high, they tend to tickle. We solved this problem by only turning them on half-way and leaving the shower head partially on. This was a great compromise as the shower head spray keeps you warm while the jets massage. Great product for someone looking for a panel system, but doesn't want to invest a lot.

Bathroom plumbing can seem daunting, but some tasks, like installing a bathtub drain, can be surprisingly simple and easy bath improvement projects. Bathtub drains are designed so that water flows to a low point in the pipe, known as a trap, at which point the heavy sediments settle while the rest of the water travels down the pipe. While this helps your drain to keep from getting clogged and makes cleaning a tub drain easy, sometimes the low point can corrode or generate difficult-to-remove build-up, in which case you will need to replace the bath drain. Tackling the job yourself will greatly reduce your out-of-pocket expenses for this job. Installing a tub drain is moderately easy and should take less than an afternoon.
