Stopped Working after 16 Months
I purchased this blender to replace an Oster blender that I received as a wedding gift...36 years ago. My first Oster was faithful and worked for over 3 decades. This new one lasted a whole 16 months, just 4 months after the warranty expired. I'm very disappointed to think I dropped almost $$$ for something that was so short-lived. Now I'm in the process of trying to research other brands.

I love the look and the features, the way it crushes ice is great. I bought 2, one for my daughter and one for me.

Not too shabby
I purchased this blender after returning a blender which did horribly at crushing ice. It's used mainly for making smoothies, but so far, so good. I'm pleased.

loud and poorly made
I wasn't expecting a top of the line blender but was disappointed in this model. It's way too loud and poorly made. Spend a few extra bucks and get a better quality blender. This one I'm sending right back.
