The product worked adequately the first time I used it. After that it would not charge enough to power it to work at all. I was very disappointed in a brand name that I have trusted for years.

This mixer stood in for my suddenly defunct 40-year-old Sunbeam and it was up to the job. I like the cordless factor - I can beat while wandering around. It does not work when plugged in, a disadvantage when I need it and it had run out of power, but it charged relatively quickly.

This is exactly what I needed to whip potatoes, and it works pretty well on all but the thickest batter. I've used it for pancakes and it was perfect. It's very light and easy to grab quickly unlike a big stand mixer. Awesome for the money!

This mixer was totally underpowered. Could not whip softened butter or mix anything involving flour. Also, you have to charge it for 15 hours in order to use it for 20 minutes. About the only thing this could be used for is mixing drinks - but why not just use a spoon! I sent it back.
