  • Looks great and very solid

    I'm very happy with this bed. Looks great, comes together easily, and doesn't wiegh that much when you concider how solid it feels. The frame the mattress sits on is solid, and doesn't have the cheap slats you see often, so the bed really feels like it's on a solid platform.

Hi, I was hoping someone could please give me the measurement from the floor to the top of the frame/where mattress would be. I am worried if I have to "pull" myself up out of bed. Do I need box springs with this bed? Is the assembly complicated. The image only shows the finished product it is hard to see whether I need to assemble it legs, which is usually difficult for me. Is the bed completely flat or does it contain the legs? Thanks for responding. tchokop on Mar 18, 2012

The item does not require a boxspring it will come with the wooden slats that act as a box spring. This item requires extensive assembly it will ship in 3 boxes. Since I am considering ordering this bed......I see a conflict....on the air mattress ? the person was told it would fit as long as it had box springs. You answered in this way so which is it?
