Not a True Memory Foam
Description of item as a memory foam mattress is a misnomer. I purchased the mattress assuming that a Latex memory foam mattress would make for a better bed. It isn't. It turns out latex does not have memory foam properties. The 4" latex top layer provides poor support and does not relieve shoulder and hip pain for side sleepers. I was unable to get comfortable. A poor investment as it is not returnable. Nothing orthopedic about it.
