This orthopedic mattress has duralux latex support layer punched with tiny holes for improved air flow to complement the memory foam sleep surface. This mattress has four separate density layers.

- Machine-washable organic cotton cover has a unique stretch and recovery with maximum breathing, absorption and moisture-wicking properties
- Memory foam is resistant to dust mites and is naturally antimicrobial

WOW... better than expected!
I wanted a tempurpedic type mattress; but, didn't have the $'s to spend. I took a chance on this mattress and was so impressed with the quality, comfort. It it more firm than depicted in the description as I like a softer mattress; however, it is soooo comfortable the firmness feels good! I have had the mattress for about one month and it continues to make me a happy waker upper in the morning :)

Mattress very comfortable and the price is great!
I was a little concerned about the fumes form the foam but now that the smell is gone I just love the mattress.

not what I expected
I've slept on memory foam mattresses before, including ones bought (by others) on Overstock.com. So I was disappointed with this one, and I'm not using it. It had a lot of "give" on the edges when sat upon. My daughter, who has one, was quite shocked - hers is very firm. Once I could actually get on the bed, it was comfortable. But I need to be able to sit on the side, and just can't do it with this one.
