don't buy this.
It's noisy, to the point of being irritating even on low speed. And I can't tell that it has done anything at all except blow air. It came in a beat up box wrapped around and around with packing tape with dented corners that were taped over before they sent it. And this is gross, even for a 'factory-refurished' There was some cat hair in the filter. It's going back. Don't buy this. This is the only thing I've ever bought on Overstock that has been, well, lousy.

I already have two Oreck Air Purifiers and they have worked perfectly for over 4 yrs. I bought this one for my son for his birthday, he has a room full computer things and I'm sure it will get plenty of use.
