The sculpted soft beige shade is divided into 8 parts and hemmed with a pleated band that is encased and outlined with satiny roped effect . Also, the soft beige shade that lights on 3 levels, only mutes without casting the dreaded deep yellowing of light that changes the colors in ones room. Atop the shade sits a detailed finial with small dark cabochons that coordinate with the body of the lamp. Below, the opalescent body is divided into 16 curved sections divided with gold lines. And embracing the body, above and below, are layers each detailed with leaf, rope, geometric etc. patterns and finished with dark cabochons artfully placed on some levels. Each of the almost paisley shaped "arms" are adorned with large gem-like cabochons: 2 opalescent and one large and dark.
