I have ordered 4 sets of these onyx orbs. Several years ago I was given 2 of these orbs, from an expensive store. I have always loved them. Now that Overstock has them, and in sets of 6, it is unbelievable! There are no two alike, they give off the most romantic glow, much better than crystal tea light holders. The longer they are lit, the warmer they become, the warmer glow deepens. They are truly fabulous.

These onyx orbs are indeed beautiful! They are a great size, smooth and just exquisite! I highly recommend. Get the box of six, instead of the single one. The single sells for **** and this set comes out to around **** per orb. A great deal!

I bought these lovely onyx candle holders - and they are beautiful, well made, and cast a warm, golden, beautiful light. I will be giving some away as house gifts, and of course keeping a couple for my own home.

Okay, it's hard to buy stone over the internet, so I crossed my fingers and hoped. As it turned out, the color represented in the product listing IS accurate and I received lovely, honey-color orbs. There's good color saturation and there are no distressed areas on the surface. They were well-packed (no chips or cracks) and they arrived in two days. Love them!

These orbs are beautifully made. They look very expensive, have nice weight to them, and are very unique.There was only one problem with my order... It was sent via USPS and of course, the postal service managed to break these delicate orbs and they arrived in pieces. Fortunately, Overstock has amazing customer service... All it took was an additional 2 business days for me to receive a replacement set which arrived in perfect condition.Thanks Overstock!

I ordered three boxes of six tea light holders as parting gifts for a holiday party. When lit, they are prettier than the picture and are not faceted as the picture possibly suggested to me. They are a nice size for tea light holders that can sometimes be uselessly tiny when singularly presented. This is not the case; I use a single holder in the powder room and it looks confident on its own when lit. The holders varied in color from natural golden creamy to variations including heavier brownish veins; each held its own beauty in my eye. The glossy smooth surface beautifully illuminates revealing the stone's natural texture with a soft glow when lit. The natural variations add depth but might also result in a weakened fault line or fissure in the stone which could be somewhat vulnerable to breakage. During shipping several of the holders broke but Overstock remedied the situation immediately and sent replacements in time for the intended event.

These little candlehandlers are just beautiful. I ordered one set and I was so impressed by the quality that I ordered two more sets to give inidividually to the family for xmas gifts. You won't be sorry with this purchase.
