My husband and I searched for a long time for a flatware set to replace our last set of everyday flatware. This set met all of our criteria - 18/10 steel so the pieces are substantial. We love the modern, sleek look. They don't pick up the water spots in the dishwasher that our other set would sometimes get. The overstock price for a set of 12 settings was better than the price for 8 settings at other retailers. Shipping was much faster than anticipated. We're very happy with the purchase.

I am very pleased with my new silverware. The quality and workmanship are apparent. They are an exceptinal value and I thank Overstock for that.

The flatware is pretty to look at but because of the way it is weighted it falls of plates. I have been putting it in the dishwasher according to the directions. It does okay except it can look spotty sometimes.

Lovely looking flatware, but much too heavy in the handle. Badly unbalanced. My guests, as well as I, have 'lost' their forks to the dining room floor. Next time will go to a department store, feel the heft, etc., and then see if it's available on-line.

I was very happy with this set of silverware. It's the first time I've paid more than a few bucks and was pleased that I had done so. The only thing worth noting about this set that detracts from it is that on each piece there is a small Oneida stamp - looks like an O in a square - on the back of each piece. The stamp is deep enough that you have to watch out for gunk getting stuck. I haven't had a problem thus far, but it could be if you let stuff sit. We use the silverware daily and its been in and out of the dishwasher without problems

Needed new flatware since my children have all misplaced the pieces from my original Mikasa flatware. This was a great deal. Pieces are heavy and sit comfortably in your hand. My husband's only complaint is if you leave the handle too far off the edge of the plate when transporting, the utensil falls off. Minor detail and one not worth worrying about!

I am very pleased with this set - the pieces have a nice weighty feel (without being cumbersome) and they look beautiful. My only disappointment is I have to watch the butter knives carefully when removing from the dishwasher as they tend to get rust marks.

This price is the same as Amazon and a dozen other internet sites. The flatware is beautiful. Highly recommend. Just don't understand why you would buy it from Overstock as opposed to anyone else.

I needed new everyday silverware and had Oneida in the past that lasted 30 years. I took a chance and bought this set and it's very nice. It's heavy and looks very nice. I'm very pleased. It also washes well.

I received the flatware set in a battered box. However the packing was good enough to protect the contents from damage and everything was in perfect condition. Each piece was shiny, solid with a nice weight to it. For the past 2 weeks I've been using it. I like the simple design. It can go with a casual or formal place setting. Compared to other brands, Oneida makes quality flatware at a fair price. No name brands just don't compare.

Beautiful flatware set. Simple design with substantial weight. Comes out of the dishwasher looking spotless. It was a great price for 18/10 stainless steel. Just what I was looking for.

The set is everything I wanted. However, I did not read the details carefully enough. In the description "subtle and sleek", and the photo, I believed I was ordering matte or satin finish. When I checked the entire description, I see that it does mention shiny. I have a shiny set, and was seeking a much needed replacement for my original satin set. I would recommend it for a quality shiny look.

I was sick of mismatched, ugly flatware and decided I deserved something better. I'm so pleased with the Moda set. It's chic, substantial and has a simple, elegant look that can go from everyday to nice. It feels solid in the hand, and the little scoop in the handle gives it a classy look and feels ergonomic. I think you won't be disappointed.

This flatware set exceeded our expectations. We received a very good deal at Overstock compared to department stores and would recommend this to anyone!

1) This flatware is not balanced. It is very poorly designed and will flip off the edge of a plate or out of a bowl resulting in a mess to clean up. 2) This flatware has no nickel content thus it has a very blue chrome look and color. It also spots very badly. After a few short months we packed it away for our next rummage sell.
