Oneida Madison Ave. 20-piece Flatware Set

I had been looking for very simple, plain flatware and was excited when I found this set. It is extremely high quality. My only criticism is that the large fork and large spoon are really big. The smaller fork and spoon are what I consider the perfect size, but the larger ones are big enough that I avoid using them. When I opened the set and showed it to my husband, he looked at the big fork and said, "Wow, that's a big fork." The handles get wider at the end and the flatware is heavy duty, so it definitely feels heavy in your hand. At first, I thought about returning the set because the large fork and spoon are so big (the big forks, big spoons, and butter knives don't fit in the silverware caddy I already had with my last flatware - they hang over the edge of their compartments), but it was such a good deal that I decided to give them a chance. They don't seem so shockingly big anymore now that I'm used to them, and I mainly use the big spoons and forks for cooking and serving.

• How did the color on site compare with the actual product? I remember this set being described as satin (and the picture looked satin at the time) but these are shiny stainless. It was ok though because I was settling for satin and really wanted stainless.
