We've had this set for about 7 years and it is just as shiny and beautiful as the day we bought it. We don't save it for special occasions (although it appears to be our "good" flatware), but use it everyday - and into the dishwasher it goes. I just cannot believe it is 18/8, still beautiful, shiny and weighty. I just missed ordering another set because it is sold out.
best 18/8 steel craftmanship...no 18/10 comes close to it..beautiful finish ..i also own golden kenwood...when i saw this at overstock i had to have it ..:)
I was disappointed in the weight, it seems light for 18/10, so felt it was not as good a value for the dollars spent. It came well packed and is an attractive pattern.
