Not so sharp
These were disappointing, I could barely cut through pork belly. Every time I need to use them, I have to sharpen them. I would spend the extra bucks and get a much better product.

Totallly Sharp
These are the best knives I have ever used. They are so sharp I am afraid to use the 8" chief's knife. Maybe you should not put them in the dishwasher, but I do and they are still sharp. The block is very good looking and compact enough to fit in a corner. I am completely pleased with this set.
