I like the i touch tech.. the fact that when i let go of the handle it will levitate above the fabric and not burn it and will automaticly turn off if turned over or will cut off after 30m.

What does this iron weigh? Because these irons are ordered without being able to hold them I would think that most purchasers, especially us "older" women who still love to iron and love these marvelous new irons that we might even make excuses why we have to replace our older model after being tempted by the amazing prices at Overstock.com and being able to judge partially by the weight of the iron as to which one we choose would certainly be helpful. Thank you!

Hello majahnaeheather, This iron has received excellent reviews! This iron weighs approximately 3.7 pounds empty. one nice thing about the Oliso iron’s auto-lift system is that you get the benefit of a professional weight iron for wrinkle removal, but you do not need to continually lift and lower our iron since it always remains horizontal on the ironing board.
