Is this teapot made of cast iron? Or is it made to look like a cast iron pot? Part of the description says it is cast iron, but other parts say porcelain.
The teapot seems to be great quality. It is large and holds enough tea for at least four to six small cups. The outside of the pot is what seems to be cast iron, while the inside is ceramic. Makes washing easy. It is a little heavy though, that is expected. The only issue, so far that I have noticed is that if you leave your strainer in the pot too long, you will start to get what looks like rusty orange buildup just around the rim....
