  • Missing parts, bowed wood

    We received this kitchen cart today, and while trying to put it together, I found that several parts were either missing or damaged. Some of the screws were damaged (bent, missing the screw head) and unuseable; we received two right shelf slides (and no left); the larger pieces are so bowed out that it was almost impossible to make pieces meet in the right spot; one of the pieces was chipped in the front; a piece of the 'walling' structure was bent/broken. I'll be calling in the morning for replacement parts, but the inconvenience and lengthy wait time is annoying and unacceptable. The directions are actually super straight forward and all the parts came labeled.

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! just a few minor flaws

    This is so nice. Goes together pretty easily. Looks great finished. The ONLY bad thing is that the granite top (which is extremely heavy) is not connected. It just has 2 divots on the bottom sides where the marble sits into wooden dowels. I was adjusting it and marble lifted up, then down on my finger...yikes! Quite the pinch. I would also love an option of attached feet instead of rolling wheels. Would make it more classy. I may buy furniture legs and attached myself.
