This product was easy to assemble - roughly 25 minutes. I did not need any extra drills or screwdrivers.. all necessary tools were enclosed for assembly. Chair is adjustable pneumatic. The name silver in " officer Silver " in the title is a little misleading, as this does not have a silver sheen or sparkle to it. It is a large weave gray mesh back. The mesh is similar to the material you would find on running shoes. I love the cushion and the overall sturdiness of this chair. It is well worth the price.

I was very pleased with the overall quality of these chairs. The first one was a little hard to get the screws in, but the second chair went easier.

I'm sorry we purchased this office chair. It looks good, but the seat is not comfortable and the quality of the vinyl is cheap. One can do better for the price at IKEA and Best Buy! It's very disappointing, as usually the products I've received from Overstock have been fine. Chair went together with two people assembling, just fine -- but the company took short cuts and it shows once you use the chair!

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. Quality is less than expected. The back looks fine but the seat fake leather is cheap looking and there is little padding. After sitting awhile, you can feel the two bolts at the back of the seat. It's very disappointing!

This is a great chair. I received it unassembled, all of the hardware needed was included. I had it assembled in less than an hour.

the chair, once assembled is a dream. assembling was a nightmare. directions were almost non-existent and badly illustrated. one set of screw holes did not line up. once the chair (minus one set of screws) was completed, it is comfortable and manuvers well.
