This chair by far does not live up to other reviews I read before making my purchase. When the shipment arrived, the poor packaging had left some dents and scratches in the finish and also the left arm rest was broken, so we had to have another shipped, and when it arrived there was allot of work to make the armrest fit. The poorly predrilled holes did not line up properly and it took some adjusting on our part to make them fit as good as we could. I would not buy this item again unless the price was much less. One of the good qualities of the chair is that it fits good for a big person like myself at 250# and 6'+..

We bought this chair for it's looks, and for the price, it certainly can't be beat. Assembly was easy. I'm not sure how it will hold up with abuse from kids -- it seems like knicks will show right away. But every time I walk past the office, I'm very, very pleased I made this purchase. Looks much better than any other chair we've had, and it seems particularly well suited to smaller spaces.
Chairs are great, but had minor difficulty getting arms lined up and screwed together. They went with some persistance. Once, together, they look and sit great.
this is a great chair for a great price. The seat is nice and roomy with just enough padding to make it easy to sit on even if you are spending several hours at your desk.
