I bought the cherry wood chair to match a desk that I purchased from another place. Of course the colors were slightly different, but the chair is exactly as advertised. The first delivery included a left arm that was broken and a seat that had a gouge. Customer service was very responsive and sent me two replacement pieces right away. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
Nice looking chairs and feel pretty sturdy. However, one of the casters broke immediately upon sitting, and the base of one chair had several gouges in it. Replacing the caster was easy. In fact, they sent 4 more than needed. More difficult to get the base replaced. Had to fill out form and email pics of damaged areas. Would rate the chair higher if it wasn't for the above problems

Well, maybe I am just "lucky", but everything about thi chair was perfect. I assembled it MYSELF in 15 minutes. It was so simple, they even included the tool you need, I never even had to go to my toolbox. I have about 20 pieces of furniture from overstock (many bookcases, chairs, table, etc. ) and I always ask my son to assemble them for me. This was so simple, I did not even have to bother him. I have the antique white, and it creates a beachy feel to my office. GREAT JOB OVERSTOCK!!
Overall chair is a pretty good value. The wheels on the base are not the best though. When i first got the chair and was rolling at my desk, one of my wheels completely snapped and broke off. After we replaced all the wheels with better, sturdy wheels, we've had no problems. It's well made otherwise.
