  I love this chair! It's not as soft as an executive chair, but the padding is sufficient and it looks amazing! It was easy to assemble and took only about 20 minutes. I'd buy this again.

  Chairs came pretty quickly. Boxes were a bit beat up but the chairs looked fine. one seems to lean ever so slightly, but I think I can figure out a way to straighten it up. A small scuff is on one of the two I got...very small. Like the look. Comfortable enough. I'd call 'em good.

  The chair arrived with a part missing and the legs bent and damaged. Overstock.com customer service was very helpful and quick to get us the replacement parts sent to our home quickly. The chair is easy to assemble. It is soft and comfortable and looks fantastic. It is well worth the money for the modern, contemporary style alone. There is no style comparison to the chairs found in the typical office supply stores - the Zuo Modern Leo Low-back office chair looks and feels expensive. The tilt-back seat option was a happy discovery we found after assembly. I highly recommend this chair.
