two questions:
A) are measurements to nearest inch or the EXACT size?
B) is trim same color as shade or is it a contrasting color as it looks in the photo?

Measurements are exact. However there is a discrepancy with the dimensions of this shade. I have requested clarification from the warehouse and am waiting on a response. The trim is a contrasting color.

Is 12 inches the height perpendicular to the base or is it the slant height? If it is the perpendicular height, does that mean that the slant height is approximately 13.6 inches?
