These are wonderful cutting boards. I do recommend you get the mineral oil and use it as the directions say to. They seem like they need that moisturizing to keep them in good shape.

These were NOT the quality I was hopeing for. They're cheap, and already shedding, though used a couple times, washed and dried right after. Not soaked, not ran through the dishwasher. They're rough and just aren't what I wanted. I would NEVER suggest these to a chef, or another housewife.

What a value. Lovely, functional set. I keep it handy on my counter and can easily grab the size I need, get the job done, wash it down, dry it and it's ready for the next job. I think it is an excellent value. It looks great.

Good quality but since it is bamboo, it does have a tendency to peel out some of the fibers while been scraped but a sponge. It does not bother me so far.

These look really great and was a great price for 3 boards - but the smallest board cracked in half almost immediately when I received it - without excessive use - I might have used and washed twice. Wouldn't buy again.

These cutting boards are beautiful and a great price for the set of three. However, when I went to wash them before their first use there seemed to be a lot of small bamboo fibers that kept peeling off. I finally gave up trying to wipe them all off. I guess a few small pieces of bamboo won't hurt me, but it's still kind of odd. Hopefully it goes away.
