First generator was damaged in shipment. Customer service was excellent, they handled my claim efficently and replaced the damaged goods. I reccomend Overstocked.com to everyone and it's the first supplier that I check when I want to make a purchase and this Generator is a great buy I highly reccomend it.

I had some issues with the first unit leaking fuel but a replacement was sent. Once I received it it started right up and did what it was meant to do. I like it alot.
