    I am not a fan of track lighting in general but it was the most appropriate lighting for my bonus room that is filled with sports memorabilia. I thought the price was extremely reasonable for this fixture and the quality was decent. I read the reviews before buying and it didn't get rave reviews but I bought it anyway because of the price. It was really a very simple fixture to install contrary to one of the comments. I installed it myself and the DIY person just needed to know that the light bulb needed to be clipped onto the cover so it stays in place. So its not the quality of the fixture but the installment that was the problem. I am quite happy with the fixture and it works well for the room.

    I read the other reviews. Ours was professionally installed and works fine. Possibly they didn't install it correctly. This is my first review on Overstock but I just have to be fair. It's very functional for what it is and blends away, shining a nice light on paintings we have in the room. We did use LED bulbs with a warm 3000k light which makes the whole set up just perfect for our needs.

  • Dangling bulbs

    It looks great, but inside the spot the light bubs have no support to stay firm in place. in other words, once the wire pass through the metal hole and it is inside the cup it has no support to stay firmly in place and if you aim the light to the wall instead the floor the bulb will be hanging and touching the metal of the metal cup. very hazardous and should not be sold by Overstock. I returned it an warned Overstock to not sell it.
