The Novelle Electric Fireplaces provides contemporary styling and warmth to any room. Not only is the fireplace free standing, but it can be easily wall mounted. It is constructed with a combination of tempered glass & metal with an unique curved glass front and safety thermal cut-off device. The Novelle electric fireplace features an adjustable thermostat and flame brightness control along with 3-D & motion effect LED Flame technology. With dual settings of 750 or 1500 watt power, this fireplace from Stonegate has an output of 5100 BTU which will provide supplemental heat up to 500 square feet. In addition there is a remote control included. White and black stones are provided and you can create your desired custom designer look. Minimal installation and no venting is required-simply mount and plug into a standard household outlet.

    I love the simplicity of the unit. Easy set up and it has the flames and effect with or without heat. Pretty cool. My only regret is, I think it is now on sale for a better price. Win some, lose some I guess.

    This looks very real as far as the flames go. I was worried that because the heat comes out the top it wouldn't warm the room well but it totally does a good job. I am a 62 yr old woman and I had no trouble at all mounting it on the wall by myself. Great heater and looks so nice too.

  • Can this be mounted in the corner?

    • Hello Rina, the fireplace design does not lend itself to a corner mounting. The heat does vent through the top, so there should be no issue of the piece overheating in the back.     • Hello bells925, The whole unit is cool to the touch however at the very top there is a vent where the heat comes out, and that gets hot and there is a warning printed on the top.
