How are the three cords attached at the ceiling? I'm sure it needs to be hard-wired but do all 3 cords attach inside the ceiling? If there is an existing light fixture where I want to hang it can it be installed in the same place without additional holes in the ceiling?

If the cord is 24" and the light fixture is 10" high then does that mean the lowest it can hang is 34" from the ceiling or is there some way to get it to hang lower?

They either screw in or just push in depending on the base. Try unscrewing one. If you dont find threads then just twist slightly and pull.

There seems one cord and 2 wires for the suspension...how can this attach to the ceiling??Do you have any photos??
