Is the unit submersible for cleanup? If not, how do you clean it?
The griddle is not submersible. Clean drip tray and warming drawer in warm, soapy water. Wipe the nonstick cooking surface and base with a damp, non-abrasive cloth and dry. Never put the appliance in a dishwasher. Remember to lightly coat the nonstick cooking surface with vegetable oil prior to cooking to preserve the nonstick finish.
