does not live up to expections
This looked so cute in picture. It is so cheaply made it is ridiculous. It will not toast dark enough unless you put it down several times even though it is on darkest setting. The toast is squashed while going down. I received this product yesterday.

Worst Toaster Ever.
I plugged it in and ran it once through without bread, like the instructions said, and it started emitting plastic smelling smoke. The manual said this would happen (weird), but the manual did not say the heat coil would spark and flash and break before I ever even got my bread in it. Total waste, loose parts and shoddy assembly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
