Not hot enough
The product was well packaged but my tray rim was bent in one spot anyway. The size of the unit is rather nice for gravys and vegetables, but probably not big enough to hold a main course item for more than 3-4 servings. The temperature of the food in the trays even with the highest setting didn't seem very hot. I wouldn't use it to keep things at serving temp for more that 45minutes to 1 hour. But it does keep the serving area neat and the clear lids prevent some heat loss by lookie loos lifting the lids to see whats inside.

too small to really be useful for a party- for a family dinner it would be ok.. a waste of $$$
